We are thrilled to unveil our latest Noe Valley project! In collaboration with the incredible design team at Studio Heimat, the final project is a true gem.
When this Noe Valley family outgrew their beloved Bernal Heights home, they turned to a trusted partner—Perez Construction—to bring their new vision to life. Having collaborated with us before, they knew we could handle the intricacies of their renovation with precision and care. Their newly purchased home needed thoughtful updates to meet the evolving needs of their three growing children, while reflecting their style and personality.

To achieve this, we worked closely with the clients and Studio Heimat, who we recommended as their design partner. The renovation focused on transforming key spaces: the primary bathroom, primary closet, and the main-level bathroom, as well as custom shelving over a desk area in the primary bedroom. Every detail was carefully considered, from the intricate tile work that brought texture and beauty to the bathrooms, to the tailored cabinetry and millwork that enhanced functionality and style throughout the home.
Our team completed the project in just five months, from April to September, ensuring the family could enjoy their refreshed home on schedule. This collaboration beautifully balances timeless design, practical living solutions, and the warmth of a home meant for making memories. We are honored to have played a part in this family’s next chapter.
