Meet Pedro, Everson’s father and the original founder, heart and soul of Perez Construction. With a career spanning over 25+ years of construction experience, across all trades in the San Francisco Bay Area, Pedro can truly do it all! He brings versatility and skills to the forefront.
We recognize Pedro as the Patriarch of the team, a patient and kind man full of construction wisdom and an array of tips and tricks on how to overcome challenges. As a Foreman here at Perez, he's not just building structures; he's crafting a legacy alongside his children; the most rewarding and favorite thing of being a part of this company.
Outside the job site, Pedro's favorite interest is reeling in big fish, and spending quality time with his wife and grandchildren (five and counting!). From Honduras to the States, Pedro's living his American dream.
